EXCHANGES
1. Most of our Skirts are made to order, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange for a merchandise credit within 7 days of the order delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Please e-mail info@sofistafunk.com or call 1-973-433-7400 Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM EST for a Return Authorization Number. If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive the Return Authorization Number within 24 hours. You must print the Return Authorization number on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached or you will not be eligible for a merchandise credit.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking information as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.

 

3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you via email of the receipt of the garment and merchandise credit. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will also send you notification of such. If you have any questions, please email us anytime at info@sofistafunk.com.
