The selected shipping method, including Priority Mail and Express orders, is after the order is processed. Most orders are processed and shipped within 7 - 10 business days from order date for in-stock items.
ORDERS REQUESTED TO BE SHIPPED PRIOR TO 7 BUSINESS DAYS PROCESSING ARE CONSIDERED RUSH PRODUCTION ORDERS.  FOR RUSH INQUIRIES, PLEASE CALL OUR MOBILE OFFICE AT 917-566-5900 OR EMAIL US at RUSH PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING FEES BEGIN AT $50.00 (excludes FedEx shipping fee).  To ensure timely delivery of Rush Orders, All Rush Orders are shipping via FedEx (no exceptions).  The customer is responsible for the FedEx cost and shipping previously paid will be deducted from the FedEx cost.
If a requested item is no longer available, we will contact you via telephone/email with a suggested alternative. Shipping not available to P.O. Box addresses                    


1. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange for a merchandise credit within 7 days of the order delivery date. We do not offer refunds. Please e-mail or call 917-566-5900 Monday - Friday 10AM-6PM EST for a Return Authorization Number. If you contact us by e-mail, you will receive the Return Authorization Number within 24 hours. You must print the Return Authorization number on the RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM that is included with your shipment. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached or you will not be eligible for a merchandise credit.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you return the Product to Sofistafunk using a trackable method of shipping such as UPS or FedEx or USPS with a delivery confirmation.
3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you via email of the receipt of the garment and merchandise credit. If the selected exchange item is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will also send you notification of such. Merchandise purchased at full price is eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down for the first time within 7 days from the original date of purchase.  Please note that you are not able to go to a store and request a price adjustment for online purchases.  Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.
