The selected shipping method, including Priority Mail and Express orders, is after the order is processed. Most orders are shipped within 7 - 10 business days from order date for in-stock items.

RUSH PRODUCTION ORDER PROCESSING FEES BEGIN AT $50.00 (excludes FedEx shipping fee). To ensure timely delivery of Rush Orders, All Rush Orders are shipping via FedEx (no exceptions). The customer is responsible for the FedEx cost and shipping previously paid will be deducted from the FedEx cost.

You must write the Return Authorization number on the INVOICE/ORDER FULFILLMENT FORM that is included with your shipment. All returned items must be unworn and in their original condition with all hang tags and labels attached or you will not be eligible for a merchandise exchange or credit.

2. We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you return the Product to Sofistafunk using a trackable method of shipping such as USPS with a delivery confirmation, FedEx, or UPS.
3. Once we receive the garment(s), we will notify you via email of the receipt of the garment and the status of your merchandise exchange or merchandise credit. Do you see a skirt you love but want it in a different length than what's being offered? Or perhaps you desire a different waistband or color? We offer customization on many of our skirts. Customization Fees start at $35.00. Because the item is being customized to suit your individual fashion expression, please allow sufficient lead time for your customization request as it will require longer fulfillment time than our normal processing. PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
Merchandise purchased at full price is eligible for a one-time price adjustment if the item has been marked down for the first time within 7 days from the original date of purchase. Please note that you are not able to go to a store and request a price adjustment for online purchases. Items purchased with coupons or promotional discounts are not eligible for price adjustments.
